Renovation and expanding roof construction
Notenbuurt area – The Hague

This ’30s apartment was suitable to expand with a roof construction, in this way we created 3 more rooms, a bathroom and a roof terrace.
The old owners were born in the apartment and only because of their age, they moved. We created a brand new family home.
All wooden details in this home on the existing floor have been refurbished in the ’30’s style.
On the new floor level we used glass windows all around to make it as light as possible. As the home is situated in the Notenbuurt, we used colours matching the history of the environment like greens, browns and natural marble looks.

This project is a complete renovation for the use of a family home.
